Yesterday in the capital's House of Cinema of the Union of Cinematographers, a big secular premiere of the drama "Hostages" Rezo Gigineishvili took place.
Rezo Gigineishvili: "It is symbolic that we represent the" Hostages "in this hall. Because here our creativity our senior colleagues began to release us from the yoke of useless restrictions … The audience is interested in the film around the world. They worry about the heroes, and we understand that we are all one. We all feel how fragile life is. I can not wish you a pleasant viewing: the topic is serious. Analyze, think, forgive us. We shot about what really bothers us. "
Before the beginning of the show, Fyodor Bondarchuk a friend, companion and teacher Rezo Gigineishvili rose to the stage of the House of Cinema. He remembered that he had met Rezo when he was three years old:
"I immediately drew attention to him and thought – what a talented boy! The next time we met in 2002, then he just started trying to shoot. And then there was the "9th company", and it was better than the second director in my life has never been! Rezo has a huge part of my life … Time flies, countries change, but love, partnership, family – remain, nostalgia remains, pain and unexpressed stories remain. What was tormented by the heart, but what could not be said, remains. You will see this today on the screen. "
The long-awaited event – and the festival success of the film created a serious excitement around the premiere – Fyodor Bondarchuk, Paulina Andreeva, Anna Melikyan, Svetlana Bondarchuk, Maria Lemesheva, Maria Fedorova, Yulia Baranovskaya, Sabina Ahmedova and many others could not miss the show.
